The Nairobi Hospice is a charitable organization founded in 1988 providing palliative care for patients with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer and HIV/AIDS. The Hospice provides counseling, home care, minor procedures, analgesics, education, and bereavement. The services are highly subsidized hence they rely more on well-wisher support and donors.
